RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, Strong Boalt will gladly authorize a return of unworn merchandise, with tags in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with you with a return shipping label to return the items.  Please email sales@strongboalt.com to notify us of your order number and what you plan to return from it.  Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process can take between 2-4 weeks. Please email us if you haven't received your refund in a timely manner at sales@strongboalt.com
 
EXCHANGES
Our products are produced in small quantities. If you need to exchange an item there is no guarantee that we will have what you want in stock at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the item you would like instead. Please notify us of your exchange at sales@strongboalt.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.  Also, please notify us of what item you would like to exchange your item for.
