RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, Strong Boalt will gladly authorize a return of unworn merchandise, with tags in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. To return an item:
  1. Email sales@strongboalt.com with the subject "RETURN [Shopify Order Number]"
  2. Tell us which items you will be returning.
  3. We will provide you a FedEx Return Shipping Label via email.
  4. Drop your package off at a FedEx Ground shipping location.
  5. We will refund you upon receiving your package. Please note you will be charged $10 for return shipping.

EXCHANGES
Our products are produced in small quantities. If you need to exchange an item there is no guarantee that we will have what you want in stock at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the item you would like instead and follow the RETURNS process for the original items.  Should you have any questions please contact customer service at  813-336-1568.
